Pilates Tania Tsiora has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes and in all cases.
Regarding the duration of appointment passes, there is extension only for bank holidays, Christmas, Easter, and summer holidays plus when the teacher is away, or the studio is closed.
In case you won’t be coming regularly to the studio, thus you won’t commit to the packages of 1 or 2 months, then you will buy a single class each time you come to the studio. Please note that all bookings and receipts are generated online via Trainin https://pilates-tania-tsiora-brussels-company.trainin.app
Packages cannot be transferred to another person. Once a package is purchased, no session is refundable. In addition, once an invoice is issued, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
I acknowledge that the information given to the trainer in this assessment is accurate and up to date to the best of my knowledge. I have no other physical restrictions, disabilities or any other predisposition to sickness or injury that may be aggravated or adversely effected by Pilates exercises, not already mentioned in the client information form. I willingly participate in the exercises at my own risk. Studio teachers will take notes after your classes to keep records for your history and future progress.
I take full responsibility for any loss or damage to my person or property that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in the class. I will not wear any zipper,
jewelry during my class or anything that can damage the apparatus. I will not seek to penalize, prosecute, or claim compensation from the instructor for any injury, loss, or damage.
Cleaning and hand washing:
Please wash your hands upon arrival and/or use the hand sanitizer located in the studio. When you finish your workout, please continue to wipe all apparatus surfaces, and reset the equipment, per usual.
