Hellooooo!
I’m Tania. A true believer that we can enjoy life more. Without having pain and by making our stress more productive. I would like to accompany you in achieving your personal aims.

Finding flow in my daily life has not always been easy. I used to be anxious and comparing myself to what I could have done better or more which is totally different and opposite to what flow is about. Flow comes from the feeling that the mind and the body work together. Pilates has helped me to be more present, being focus on achieving what I want and at the same time having less stress. Flow is beautiful.

I love watching people progress. I believe there is nothing more inspiring. In the studio what distinguishes our teaching is that we stay true to authentic Pilates – working the way Joseph Pilates taught his clients. Pilates is a method where the choice of exercises creates a unique programme for each person. The Pilates method was not originally designed for big group classes. Therefore, we offer private classes (solo and duo) and the Joe’s way practice classes which are small group classes up to 4 people. After each class, you will feel that you have more energy rather than feeling exhausted and keeping a good balance with your personal life and work.

Pilates classes are not only the time you come to practice in the studio or online. You feel the effects every day:

  • moving with more fluidity and control,
  • having more endurance and perform better your favorite sport activity,
  • picking up your children without having back pain,
  • working in front of the computer by using your posture more efficiently to protect your neck and shoulders.
  • picking up the grocery bags and your luggage when traveling with control from your whole body and not from the lower back or the neck.

And yes, with Pilates, you sweat!
